1. Are your watches authentic?

Yes. All watches are carefully inspected and authenticated before purchase. We only sell watches that we believe to be genuine. If a watch is found to be inauthentic, we offer a return and full refund in accordance with our policy.

2. Are your watches new or pre-owned?

All of our watches are pre-owned or vintage unless otherwise stated. As pre-owned watches, they may show minor signs of previous wear. We always try to provide clear photos and an honest description of each watch's condition.

3. Do you service the watches before selling them?

Where appropriate, watches are inspected and tested before being listed. Some watches may have been serviced by a professional watchmaker, and this will be stated in the individual listing when known. As vintage and pre-owned watches vary in age and condition, we do not automatically service every watch before sale.

4. How accurate is the watch?

Mechanical watches naturally have some variation in timekeeping, especially vintage pieces. We test watches before dispatch and provide any relevant timing information in the listing where available. Please note that timing performance may vary depending on how the watch is worn and positioned.

5. Are vintage watches waterproof?

We do not recommend assuming that a pre-owned or vintage watch is water-resistant, even if the original model was designed to be. Seals and gaskets can deteriorate over time. We recommend having the watch professionally pressure-tested before exposing it to water, especially before swimming or showering.

6. Does the watch come with its original box and papers?

This depends on the individual watch. Unless specifically stated in the listing, pre-owned and vintage watches generally do not come with their original box or papers. We also offer aftermarket travel cases, which can be purchased separately if required.

7. Does the watch come with the original bracelet/strap?

The bracelet or strap varies from watch to watch, so please refer to the individual listing for details. If the watch does not come with a bracelet or strap, feel free to contact us. We have a selection of straps and bracelets available and will be happy to help you find a suitable option for your watch. An additional charge may apply depending on the option selected.

8. Can I see more photos or a video?

Absolutely. We are happy to provide additional photos or a short video of the watch upon request, particularly if you would like to see specific details such as the dial, case, movement or overall condition.

9. Can I negotiate the price?

We are happy to consider reasonable offers. As each watch is individually sourced and priced according to its condition, originality and market value, we may not be able to accept every offer. Feel free to make an offer and we will do our best to work with you.

11. Do you ship within New Zealand/ internationally?

Yes. We offer free shipping throughout New Zealand. Watches are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit, and tracking information is provided where available.

We can also ship internationally. International shipping costs are generally paid by the buyer and vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

12. Can I inspect the watch before purchasing?

Yes. Local customers are welcome to arrange an appointment to view selected watches in person. Please contact us in advance so we can make sure the watch is available for viewing.

13. Are the watches guaranteed?
