Thank you for shopping with us. X&A WATCHES specializes in vintage and pre-owned watches, many of which are rare, discontinued, or one-of-a-kind pieces. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Inspection Period

We offer a 3-day inspection period starting from the date your watch is delivered.

During this period, you may request a return if:

The item is significantly not as described
The watch has a mechanical defect that was not disclosed
The item arrives damaged during shipping

Return requests made after the inspection period may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

The watch must be in the same condition as when it was received
All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
The watch must not be worn, resized, modified, or opened
Any protective stickers or seals must remain intact

We reserve the right to decline returns if the watch shows signs of wear, tampering, or damage after delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns are generally not accepted for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with vintage or pre-owned condition
Damage caused by the buyer
Watches that have been opened or serviced by a third party

We provide detailed descriptions and photographs for each listing. Please review them carefully before purchasing.

4. Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for secure packaging and insured return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrectly described.
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Refunds

Once the returned watch is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

A refund will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days

Original shipping costs and payment processing fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Authenticity Guarantee

All watches sold by X&A WATCHES are guaranteed authentic. If a watch is proven to be inauthentic by a recognized watch expert or authorized dealer within the inspection period, we will provide a full refund upon return.

8. Mechanical Watch Disclaimer

Vintage mechanical watches may show normal variations in timekeeping compared to modern quartz or newly manufactured watches. Minor deviations are considered normal unless otherwise stated.
